On this page we collect all questions about the club.

Club Information

You can change your master data on our website in the profile area. On the website, log in, go to your profile and then click on the "Edit profile" area. In addition, you also have the option of having your data changed by our service. To do so, please contact us at welcome@zillertalerhof.at

 

If you have forgotten your password, you can change it on our website. To do so, go to the login area and click on "Forgotten your password?

 

 

You can change your password on our website at any time. To do so, go to "New password" in the profile area.

Registering for the Zillertalerhof Club is very easy! You can register directly on the website from the comfort of your own home. Everytime and anywhere, activate your profile, get started right away and benefit from additional advantage bonuses.

Membership is not limited in time, completely free of charge and can be terminated at any time.

The access data consists of your e-mail address and your personal password, which you can assign yourself when you register on our website. You can use your access data to identify yourself to the service in order to subsequently change your personal data. You can change your chosen access data in your personal profile area at any time.

You can find your membership number on the website in your profile area.

 

Sorry, the membership number is not transferable.

 

Any natural person who has reached the age of 18 and whose main residence is in a country of the European Economic Area or Switzerland can participate in our club programme. Entrepreneurs, in particular natural persons or legal entities, are excluded from participation.

In this case, we ask you to delete one of the two profiles if both have already been activated. Please write an e-mail to welcome@zillertalerhof.at. Please also state in this mail which profile (e.g. by stating the membership number) you would like to have deleted or deactivated.

You can manage the consents in your profile area. Consent to the newsletter, marketing or postial correspondence is voluntary.

 

You can send your request for deletion in writing by post or by e-mail to welcome@zillertalerhof.at. For a quick processing of your request, please enclose your membership number or alternatively your name, address and date of birth. We will process your request for deletion within the statutory period. You can also deactivate or delete your profile in your profile area.

 

Collect points

Our Zillertalerhof Club offers a wide range of collection options. You can collect points easily and conveniently on site or in addition, attractive collection options are available in the club.
You can find all the opportunities to collect points here.

You collect points for every online activity and when you use numerous services. For example, depending on the activity, you get 1 point for every 1 euro spent. Just click on Collect and learn more.

 

1 point is equal to 1 euro. That means: 1,000 points are equal to 1,000 euros.

You can find your points balance on our website in your profile area. In addition, we will inform you in the mailings we send out about the number of points you have collected, about innovations in the Club and about your personal advantage bonus.

It may take a few minutes for your points balance to be updated. If your points balance is not displayed correctly, please contact us here at welcome@zillertalerhof.at

 

Your accumulated points do not expire and can be redeemed for a value voucher at any time.

Redeem points

You can redeem your points at any time on our website. The only thing that matters is the amount of points you have.


To redeem, simply select the desired reward and download the voucher. Alternatively, you can select a freely definable amount of points and a value voucher will be made available to you. The points will then be deducted from your current points balance.

You can find your points balance and all points transactions at any time under "Points" on the website.

You can redeem your accumulated points for vouchers at any time under "Rewards" on our website.

 

You can find your vouchers directly in your profile area by clicking on "Vouchers" on our website. You will also receive your vouchers by email.

The validity of vouchers can be found in the General Terms and Conditions.

You can redeem your voucher during your next stay. You can find more information in the general terms and conditions.

 

Invite friends

You can recommend Hotel Zillertalerhof to your friends and acquaintances via e-mail, WhatsApp, Twitter, Facebook or other channels. Your friends will receive a voucher as a welcome gift.

If your recommendation was successful. I.e. your friend/acquaintance was on site at the hotel Zillertalerhof and redeemed the welcome voucher, then you will receive a notification of your reward. You will then receive points as a thank you.
